The Bankruptcy Team at Anderson Converse & Fennick, PC is headed by Dawn Cutaia and William Anderson.
Ms. Cutaia was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1996. Ms. Cutaia’s involvement with bankruptcy law started while still a law student at the Dickinson School of Law, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, working as a law clerk with Legal Services, Inc.
In 2000, Ms. Cutaia was a founding partner of the York law firm, McElwee & Cutaia. In 2005, Ms. Cutaia moved to Florida to be closer to family and opened and managed a title company. In 2007, Ms. Cutaia returned to York, Pennsylvania and is now a partner in the law firm of Anderson, Converse and & Fennick, PC, located at 1423 East Market Street, York, PA 17403. 717-846-7100.
Ms. Cutaia created the York Bankruptcy Blog to educate her clients and others about their credit, bankruptcy laws, and the mortgage/real estate industry.
Ms. Cutaia focuses her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, criminal defense and family law.
